Argentina: Thousands protest against president's job cuts in Buenos Aires

News Buenos Aires, Argentina - 07 March 2017
Thousands of people gathered in a demonstration called by labour unions against the economic policies of the government of Argentina's President Mauricio Macri, in Buenos Aires on March 7, 2017. The unions have confirm a general strike before the end of March. Macri has been trying to steer Argentina out of recession since taking over as president in December 2015. He faces a key political test next October when the country holds legislative elections.
