Registration: In order to register with us (“Registered User”), you will be required to share some personal information such as your full name, email address, username, city and phone number (at your option). You do not have to be a Registered User to visit the Websites or use the Services however you will have to register in order to upload User Content (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) to the Services, and make full use of the Services. Once you register, you will have an account with Newzulu and a password to access that account. You must not use another person’s account without permission and you may not use anyone else’s password. We recommend that you always log out from your account at the end of a session to prevent other people from accessing your account without your permission. You are obliged to provide true and accurate information in your public profile and any breach of this may result in provision of the Service to you being suspended. You are solely responsible for any activity occurring on your Registered User account.
You can review the personal information you provide to us and make changes to the information you publish, or to the settings for your account, at any time by logging in to your account on the website. Please be aware that even after your request for change has been processed we may, for a short time, retain residual information about you in the backup and/or archival copies of the database.
If we make a sale of your Content, we may also request additional information from you, such as your banking or PayPal account details, in order to make a payment to you.
Email Communications: We may collect certain personal information (such as first and last name and email address) to send you email communications about news, press publications and our Website. You can unsubscribe from our email communications by following the instructions in our communications or by contacting us as set out in the “Unsubscribe” section below.
