France: Violence erupts in Paris as hundreds protest against slavery in Libya

News , France - 18 November 2017
Protesters clasheded with riot police on the Champs-Elysees avenue in Paris on November 18, 2017 during a during a march against "slavery in Libya". Protesters expressed outrage after footage emerged appearing to show sub-Saharan migrants being sold at slave markets in Libya. The footage released by CNN appears to show youths from Niger and other sub-Saharan countries being sold to buyers for about 400 dollars at undisclosed locations in Libya.
